DESCRIPTION:This short presentation will cover what we currently know about the phenomena of Burnout\, from an empirical and field practice perspective. Alen will cover the technical definition\, its many forms of manifestations in every day life\, identified symptoms\, how it is experienced by Asian Americans\, and practical tips to be aware and reduce burnout in various scenarios.
