#IamRemarkable Workshop

In honor of Women’s History Month 2023, Women in NAAAP DC is proud to present the #IamRemarkable by Google workshop facilitated by Senna Bayasgalan. This 90-minute in-person workshop will help equip you with the skills and tools to overcome cultural and gender modesty norms, impostor syndrome, and develop the confidence to promote yourself and your accomplishments. You will also be invited to share stories and experiences in a psychologically safe space and break the glass ceilings together. Join us to learn the importance of self-promotion and challenge the social perception around it!

Speaker bio: Senna Bayasgalan

Senna Bayasgalan (she/her) is a purpose-driven marketing leader and a passionate advocate for equity and empowerment. She serves on the board of advisors of the NAAAP DC and is a board member and Head of Partnerships & Programming at Asians In Advertising, a non-profit focused on elevating Asians to the next level in their careers. As a marketing leader and a speaker, advisor, and mentor, Senna encourages brands to prioritize purpose over product. She dedicates her energies to promoting social justice, women’s rights, gender equality, and BIPOC leadership. She is a professional mentor for various organizations, and a facilitator for #IamRemarkable, a Google initiative that empowers women and people from underrepresented groups to break modesty norms and glass ceilings. When she’s not working, Senna enjoys playing with her dog, traveling to visit family in four different countries, and staying up-to-date on the latest creative trends.
