Women in Leadership: Fireside Chat with Roy Hartsfield

Celebrating Women’s History Month with our first Fireside Chat

In celebration of Women’s History Month, NAAAP DC will be hosting the first Fireside Chat event of the year recognizing “Women in Leadership” with guest speaker Roy Hartsfield!

Roy is an experienced Senior Intelligence officer with over 27 years of experience in information technology operations, information security, application development, leadership training, and talent acquisition. She has extensive crisis-management leadership experience and has served overseas in the European, Middle Eastern, Central Eurasian, Africa, and Latin America regions.

The event will kick off with a discussion of our guest speaker’s professional experiences and insights followed by an audience Q&A session. Roy will be sharing valuable lessons learned on topics including effective leadership, mentorship, and diversity & inclusion in the workplace.
